Shipping policy

Processing Time:

• We will process your order within 1 day on weekdays (Monday - Friday) of receiving Payment. 
• Our cut off time is 1 pm weekdays.
• Orders placed on Weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed the next Business Day.

Shipping:

• Shipping is Calculated by weight and location.
• We ship USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, Parcel Post and Express Shipping.
• We also ship UPS. 
• Please contact us if you would prefer Fed Express or other shipping

Returns:

• We accept returns in the same condition with tags attached.
• We do NOT accept returns of makeup or wigs due to Health Concerns.
• 30 days return period.
• Return Postage is responsibility of the buyer .
